Granny Takes A Trip

The finish on this 1920’s writing bureau was inspired by the famous boutique, Granny Takes a Trip, located on the Kings Road, London, in the 1960’s. The psychedelic hand painted design references the boutique and the objects it once sold. The original glass doors have been replaced, new pewter handles fitted and specially treated red leather has been applied to the desktop. This piece also features soft closing draws.
